“myanmar National Jailed 3 Months for Hitting Co-worker With Metal Rod”

Mr. Wilbur Lim acted for a client faced with a charge of causing hurt with a weapon by using a metal rod to hit a co-worker on his head, knocking him unconscious and facturing his skull.

For such a charge, one could have been jailed up to seven (7) years, with fine or caning. With Mr. Wilbur Lim’s representation, the Court was persuaded of the mitigating circumstances and ultimately sentenced the client to an imprisonment of three (3) months.
